Debbi Howard 

Business Development Director

As an outgoing, engaging, people-person, Debbi thrives as the Business Development Director, at Fuller IP. Before joining Fuller IP Law, she spent many years in Education, at various levels, including as Education Director at a museum, and can tell you fun facts about the SR-71 Blackbird! Debbi worked in the University environment, connecting students with biotech opportunities, for two decades, and was also a middle school math and reading teacher. She brings all of those experiences to us, as she shares Fuller IP’s story with innovators, interested in protecting their intellectual property. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, baking, reading, singing, and, of course, talking!
