Darrell Fuller is a registered U.S. patent and trademark attorney with more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property law. He earned his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boise State University. Darrell’s practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patents across a wide range of technologies, including semiconductors, medical devices, robotics, software, automotive systems, battery and power technologies, thermoelectric controllers, and various mechanical innovations. He also advises clients on building and protecting brand identity through trademarks, design patents, and industrial designs, and is committed to helping clients maximize the value of their intellectual property by strategically developing and expanding their IP portfolios. Outside of the office, you can find Darrell hiking the trails near home, working on a DIY home improvement project, or reading history books. Darrell is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
