As Operations Director, Kevin brings a warm, strategic, and action-oriented approach to aligning the firm’s organizational development and talent acquisition with its ambitious growth goals. With a career dedicated to driving progress, he has led numerous complex projects to enhance financial operations, IT systems, operational standards, and internal processes, always with an eye toward meaningful impact. 

Before joining the legal sector, Kevin served as a consultant at Cornerstone Advisors in the banking industry, guiding banks and credit unions through mergers and the implementation of cutting-edge core banking systems. His ability to navigate high-stakes challenges with clarity and collaboration shone through in these roles. Kevin also spent a decade each at Bank of America and Hewitt Associates (now Aon Inc.), where he honed his distinctive brand of leadership and project management—focused on results, teamwork, and innovation. 

A graduate of Arizona State University, Kevin holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School with a focus on Technology Science & Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. These academic roots empower him to bridge technology and strategy seamlessly. 

Beyond the office, Kevin’s life is rich with experiences that shape his vibrant personality. Having lived in Japan for two years, he developed a deep love for Japanese cuisine, often savoring its flavors in his downtime. He’s also an avid board game enthusiast, relishing the strategy and camaraderie of a good game night. Whether he’s tackling a complex project or playing games with friends, Kevin brings curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative spirit to everything he does.
